These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of tickets and attendance at the Shropshire Scale Model Expo (“the Event”).
By purchasing a ticket or attending the Event, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
The Shropshire Scale Model Expo is organised by the event organisers (“we”, “us”, “our”).
Event details including date, time, and location will be provided at the point of booking and may be subject to change where necessary.
All tickets must be purchased through our official website or approved channels.
A booking is only confirmed once payment has been successfully received.
Payments are securely processed via PayPal.
We do not store or process your payment details directly.
You agree to PayPal’s terms when completing your purchase.
A valid ticket (digital or printed) must be presented for entry.
We reserve the right to refuse entry if a valid ticket cannot be provided.

Adjust venue arrangements if necessary
Such changes do not automatically entitle ticket holders to a refund.
All attendees must:
Behave respectfully towards staff, exhibitors, and other visitors
Follow any instructions given by event staff
Comply with health and safety requirements
We reserve the right to remove any individual behaving in a disruptive or unsafe manner without refund.
Attendance at the Event is at your own risk.
We are not responsible for:
Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings
Personal injury unless caused by our negligence
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
Photography and video recording may take place at the Event.
By attending, you acknowledge that you may be included in promotional material.
If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform event staff on arrival.
We collect and store limited personal data (name and email) for ticketing and communication purposes.
Payments are handled securely via PayPal.
Personal data is retained only until after the Event and then securely deleted.

We are not liable for failure to deliver the Event due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
Extreme weather
Government restrictions

Acts of God
