We reserve the right to remove any individual behaving in a disruptive or unsafe manner without refund.

8. Liability

Attendance at the Event is at your own risk.

We are not responsible for:

Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings

Personal injury unless caused by our negligence

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

9. Photography and Media

Photography and video recording may take place at the Event.

By attending, you acknowledge that you may be included in promotional material.

If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform event staff on arrival.

We collect and store limited personal data (name and email) for ticketing and communication purposes.

Payments are handled securely via PayPal.

Personal data is retained only until after the Event and then securely deleted.
